History

Hi, my name is Nima, and together with my co-founder, Fran, we built the solution we always wished we had.

 

Having spent the last 15 years building products in startups, scale-ups, and companies like Google, SAP, and Zalando, we always struggled with how to manage user feedback. It seemed that as long as manual processes were part of managing user feedback, it was doomed to fail.

 

So in 2023, when we saw the developments in the LLM space, we saw an opportunity to build something that could fix user feedback processes once and for all. Building something from the ground up that could eliminate the need for tedious manual processes and democratize access to insights from user feedback.
